The CSO Director, upon reasonable belief that such grounds for revocation of the Contract exist, shall notify the Academy Board of such grounds by issuing the Academy Board a Notice of Intent to Revoke for non- compliance with the Contract or Applicable Law.
Subscriber's failure to make timely payments in compliance with this section may result in action as defined in Section 4 (Right to Suspend and/or Revoke Use of LMR System).
In the event the Notice of Intent to Revoke is withdrawn, the CSO Director shall notify the Academy Board, in writing, of such withdrawal.
The Notice of Intent to Revoke shall be withdrawn if the CSO Director determines any of the following: (i) the Academy Board’s denial of non- compliance is persuasive; (ii) the non-compliance set forth in the Notice of Intent to Revoke has been corrected by the Academy Board; or (iii) the Academy Board has successfully completed the Plan of Correction.
