Rights Offering Deadline definition

Rights Offering Deadline means 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on the date that is 30 days after the Debtors commence the Rights Offering in accordance with the Rights Offering Procedures.
Rights Offering Deadline has the meaning given to such term on the Rights Offering Procedures.
