Unique User ID means a string of characters that identifies a specific user and which, in conjunction with a password, passphrase or other mechanism, authenticates a user to an information system.
End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.
Switched Access Service means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services.
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.
Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;
End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
Background Intellectual Property Rights means Intellectual Property Rights owned, controlled or furnished by either Party other than Foreground Intellectual Property Rights.
Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;
Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card
Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services including the software and which is specified as such in Schedule 6 (Third Party Software) to this Contract.
User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.
