RigNet Information definition

RigNet Information means all RigNet Confidential Information and RigNet Intellectual Property, and otherwise all designs, drawings, diagrams, plans, reports, databases, data collections, specifications, processes, techniques, know-how, inventions, technology, concepts, software, trademarks and all other items developed, purchased or otherwise acquired by RigNet.

Examples of RigNet Information in a sentence

  • Customer shall not have the right to sell, distribute, sublicense or permit unauthorized access to the Equipment, RigNet Intellectual Property, or RigNet Information.

  • Customer acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions shall not create any third party’s right, title or license in any RigNet Information unless explicitly stated in writing by RigNet.

  • Customer shall use RigNet Information solely according to the terms of this MSA and for no other purpose, and shall not reverse engineer nor use any RigNet Information or any RigNet System to develop products or services functionally equivalent to RigNet’s products or services.

Related to RigNet Information

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
