Risk Management Team definition

Risk Management Team means those individuals employed or retained by the Insured who are directly involved with the negotiation and management of this Insurance Policy.
Risk Management Team means the entity referred to in Section 5.01 (c) of this Agreement, and whose responsibilities are set out in Section I.A.16 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
