Risk Management Team definition

Risk Management Team means those individuals employed or retained by the Insured who are directly involved with the negotiation and management of this Insurance Policy.
Risk Management Team means the entity referred to in Section 5.01 (d) of this Agreement, and whose responsibilities are set out in Section I.A.16 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Covered Persons are required to promptly report any violation of the Code, whether their own or another individual’s, to the Conduct Risk Management Team.

The adjusted Risk Management Fee is valid during the period of the respective Adjustment Date (excluding) to the immediately following Adjustment Date (including). The Calculation Agent shall after its specification notify the valid Risk Management Fee in each case pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.
