Risk Officer definition

Risk Officer means – the person within the Business charged with overseeing compliance with FICA and this RMCP; orif no specific person has been so charged, then the Business' highest decision-making organ, all of the members of which shall be jointly responsible for the Business' FICA and RMCP compliance; orif the Business does not have any decision-making organs, then the manager of the Business;
Risk Officer means the officer appointed by an insurer under rule 12;
Risk Officer means the Chief Risk Officer, established by Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 2003, effective December 15, 2003.
