RLP Branding Strategy definition

RLP Branding Strategy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.5.1.

  • Each Party will consider in good faith any timely comments by the other Party with respect to its RLP Branding Strategy, but will have final decision-making authority with respect to such its RLP Branding Strategy in its Territory.

  • All such Promotional Materials will be compliant with Law, consistent in all material respects with the Novartis Territory Commercialization Plan and, if applicable, consistent in all material respects with the RLP Branding Strategy for such Regional Licensed Product in the Novartis Territory.

  • All such Promotional Materials will be compliant with applicable Law and, if applicable, consistent in all material respects with the Xencor Territory Commercialization Plan and, if applicable, consistent in all material respects with the RLP Branding Strategy for such Regional Licensed Product in the Xencor Territory.

Related to RLP Branding Strategy

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Marketing Rights means promotional and advertising rights to photographs, video or film images, or other likenesses or images of the Athlete, Athlete’s image, voice, name, personality, likeness and fame gained in boccia as a member of the NSO National Team to promote the NSO and its high performance program and athletes, and includes all Athlete images whether captured in competition, training or other NSO Sanctioned Activities used in any media whatsoever (print, video, digital, social, etc.);

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
