RMA Procedures definition

RMA Procedures means the set of procedures found on QUALCOMM's official website which describes the process and documentation required for the return by Buyer of any Product(s) to QUALCOMM. Copies of the RMA Procedures and the Out-of-Warranty Repair Agreement are attached hereto as Attachments 3 and 4, respectively.
RMA Procedures means the set of procedures found on QTI’s official website which describes the process and documentation required for the return by Customer of products to QTI. A copy of RMA Procedures is attached as Exhibit C.
RMA Procedures. During the warranty period specified above:

  • In the unlikely event that your projector should prove defective during the warranty period, please (a) return the pro- jector to the retailer that sold it to you within the first 30 days after you purchased the pro- jector; or (b) after such 30-day period, please locate your nearest Hitachi Authorized Service Center by calling 0-000-XXXXXXX and file a warranty claim in accordance with Hitachi’s then-current Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedures.

  • MobileIron’s obligations hereunder are conditioned upon the return of affected MobileIron Hardware in accordance with MobileIron’s or its service center’s then-current RMA Procedures.

  • In the event of an alleged defect of Product covered by warranty, Customer shall obtain an RMA Number and return the Product(s) in accordance with the RMA Procedures within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA Number.

  • Customer’s remedy for Product defects during the sixty (60) day period shall be limited to returning the rejected Product in accordance with the RMA Procedures set forth on Exhibit C, and all shipping charges for the return and replacement of rejected Product(s), exclusive of taxes, shall be paid by QTI.

  • In the unlikely event that a Hitachi projector, lamp or accessory should prove defective during the Warranty Period, please contact the Dealer from whom you originally purchased your product and file a warranty claim in accordance with the Dealer’s then-current Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedures.

  • All returns shall be handled in accordance with QUALCOMM's RMA Procedures.

  • In the unlikely event that your projector should prove defective during the warranty period, please (a) return the projector to the retailer that sold it to you within the first 30 days after you purchased the projector; or (b) after such 30-day period, please locate your nearest Hitachi Authorized Service Center by calling 0- 000-XXXXXXX and file a warranty claim in accordance with Hitachi’s then-current Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedures.

  • QUALCOMM's entire liability and Buyer's sole remedy for breach of the above warranty shall be the return of the allegedly defective Product(s) to QUALCOMM or QUALCOMM's designated service center at Buyer's sole expense, all in accordance with the RMA Procedures, within thirty (30) days of the identification of the defect.

  • Any Hardware shipped back to Supplier must be returned according to the Standard RMA Procedures for the Product.


More Definitions of RMA Procedures

RMA Procedures means the process for RMA as notified by CBNG to Customer from time to time; Services means any services agreed in this Contract to be supplied to the Customer by CBNG (including any part of parts of them); Software means computer programs in object code together with any technical information and all documentation necessary for the use of such programs and shall include the CBNG Software and Third Party Software; Term means the period from the Effective Date until the final payment is made by the Customer unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Clause 17; Territory means the country or territory that is stated on the Purchase Order and, if not stated, shall be the United Kingdom;
RMA Procedures for returning any non-conforming Products using Seller’s. Delivery of a Product to the Carrier at the Delivery Point, or receipt by Buyer of a Product at the Destination Point, shall in no event be construed as Buyer’s acceptance of the Product.
RMA Procedures means Xenogen’s standard practices and procedures for receiving and replacing Licensed Products as set forth in Section 5.6 and Exhibit E.
RMA Procedures means the Klas Telecom Return Material Authorisation procedures described on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx, which may from time to time be altered by Klas Telecom.

Related to RMA Procedures

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Procedures shall collectively mean DST’s transfer agency procedures manual, third party check procedures, checkwriting draft procedures, Compliance + and identity theft programs and signature guarantee procedures;

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
