RMB Settlement Centre definition

RMB Settlement Centre means the financial centre(s) specified as such in the applicable Final Terms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If no RMB Settlement Centre is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the RMB Settlement Centre shall be deemed to be Hong Kong.
RMB Settlement Centre means the financial centre(s) specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If no RMB Settlement Centre is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the RMB Settlement Centre shall be deemed to be Hong Kong.

Examples of RMB Settlement Centre in a sentence

  • If no RMB Settlement Centre is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the RMB Settlement Centre shall be deemed to be Hong Kong.

  • All payments of RMB under the Notes to the Noteholders will be made solely by transfer to a RMB bank account maintained in Hong Kong or a financial centre outside the PRC in which a bank clears and settles Renminbi (RMB Settlement Centre) in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.

  • All payments in respect of the Notes in RMB will be made solely by credit to a RMB account maintained by the payee at a bank in Hong Kong or such other financial centre(s) as may be specified in the applicable Final Terms as RMB Settlement Centre(s) in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines issued from time to time (including all applicable laws and regulations with respect to the settlement of RMB in Hong Kong or any relevant RMB Settlement Centre).

  • All payments in respect of the Notes in RMB will be made solely by credit to a RMB account maintained by the payee at a bank in Hong Kong or such other financial centre(s) as may be specified in the applicable Final Terms as RMB Settlement Centre(s) in accordance with applicable laws, rules and guidelines issued from time to time (including all applicable laws with respect to the settlement of RMB in Hong Kong or any relevant RMB Settlement Centre).

  • RMB is not freely convertible at present, and conversion of RMB into other currencies through banks in the RMB Settlement Centre may be subject to certain restrictions.

  • All payments in respect of the Notes in RMB will be made solely by credit to a RMB account maintained by the payee at a bank in Hong Kong or such other financial centre(s) as may be specified in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement as RMB Settlement Centre(s) in accordance with applicable laws, rules and guidelines issued from time to time (including all applicable laws with respect to the settlement of RMB in Hong Kong or any relevant RMB Settlement Centre).

  • If access to RMB deliverable in the RMB Settlement Centre becomes restrictedto the extent that the Issuer is unable to pay interest or principal in RMB in the RMB Settlement Centre by reason of Inconvertibility, Non-transferability or Illiquidity, the terms of the RMB Notes allow the Issuer to make payment in U.S. dollars at the prevailing spot rate of exchange.

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;

  • Viatical settlement broker means a person, including a life insurance producer as provided for in section 508E.3, who, working exclusively on behalf of a viator and for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration, offers or attempts to negotiate viatical settlement contracts between a viator and one or more viatical settlement providers or one or more viatical settlement brokers.   • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Settlement Claim means a claim for settlement benefits made under the terms of this Settlement Agreement.

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.
