RMR Charge definition

RMR Charge means the sum payable by the Responsible Utility to the ISO pursuant to Section 5.2.7 of the ISO Tariff for the costs, net of all applicable credits, incurred under the RMR Contract.
RMR Charge means the sum payable by the Participating Utility to the ISO pursuant to Section 5.2.7 of the ISO Tariff for the cost of Reliability Must-Run Generation and Ancillary Services as set out in the Conditions of Must Run Contract. If the ISO has received a RMR Rebate, the RMR Charge may take the form of a sum payable to the Participating Utility by the ISO.

Examples of RMR Charge in a sentence

  • The ISO will calculate the RMR Charge in accordance with Section 6.14.3.4 for each RMR Generator operating under a rate that is not an Availability and Performance Rate.

  • The ISO will calculate the RMR Charge in accordance with Section 6.14.3.3 for each RMR Generator operating under an RMR Agreement that includes an Availability and Performance Rate.

  • The RMR Charge for a Billing Period may result in either a charge or a credit to the RMR LSEs. Sections 6.14.4 and 6.14.5 establish how the ISO will charge RMR LSEs any Performance Incentive payment or Availability Incentive payment owed to an RMR Generator with an RMR Agreement that contains an Availability and Performance Rate.

  • The ISO will calculate the RMR Charge in accordance with Section 6.14.3.5 for each Interim Service Provider.

  • Section 6.14.3 establishes how the ISO will calculate and recover the RMR Charge applicable to each RMR Generator operating under an RMR Agreement or as an Interim Service Provider.

  • Participant is excused from the RMR Charge for Unexcused MisconductMisconduct Event payment reduction arising from for any Misconduct Event that is (a) not due to intentionally incomplete, inaccurate, or dishonest reporting to ERCOT by Participant of the availability of the Unit, or (b) caused by a failure of the ERCOT Transmission Grid.

  • If a Misconduct Event is not excused, then to reflect this lower-than-expected quality of firmness, the Participant is subject to the RMR Charge for Unexcused Misconduct ERCOT’s payments to Participant are reduced as specified in the ERCOT Protocols in effect on the Effective Date.

  • Section 6.14.3 establishes how the ISO will calculate and recover the RMR Charge applicable to each RMR Generator operating under an RMR Agreement.

  • The Owner may participate in the ADR proceedings relating to a Responsible Utility Invoice, “Final Estimated RMR Invoice, Final Adjusted RMR Invoice” as defined in the CAISO Tariff or RMR Charge or RMR Refund as defined in Section 11.13, in which case, CAISO or the Owner, but not both, shall be the disputing party.

  • Notwithstanding Section 13, any Responsible Utility dispute relating to a CAISO Invoice as provided in the RMR Contract, a Revised Estimated RMR Invoice, a Revised Adjusted RMR Invoice, a Final Invoice, or a RMR Charge, RMR Payment or RMR Refund shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process specified in the relevant RMR Contract.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Adviser Charge : means the fee agreed with your financial adviser in remuneration for the personal recommendation received prior to submission of an Application Form.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Water Charges means and includes references to water sewerage and environmental service charges.

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.

  • Other Charges means all ground rents, maintenance charges, impositions other than Taxes, and any other charges, including, without limitation, vault charges and license fees for the use of vaults, chutes and similar areas adjoining the Property, now or hereafter levied or assessed or imposed against the Property or any part thereof.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Penalty Charges means any amounts collected from the Borrower that represent default charges, penalty charges, late fees and/or default interest, but excluding any yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;
