Road Condition Survey Area definition

Road Condition Survey Area means the area shown on Plan 1M comprising: • that part of the A5025 between the proposed Power Station Access Road Junction and the existing Magnox junction through Tregele; • Dalar Hir Junction 4: the dumbbell roundabouts interchange, including the circulatory routes and the on/off slip roads from the A55;
Road Condition Survey Area means the area shown on Plan 1M comprising: •• that part of the A5025 between the proposed Power Station Access Road Junction and the existing Magnox junction through Tregele; •• Dalar Hir Junction 4: the dumbbell roundabouts interchange, including the circulatory routes and the on/off slip roads from the A55; [and the section of the A5 between the dumbbell roundabout and the proposed exit junction for the Dalar Hir Park and Ride]; •• Valley Junction 3: the dumbbell roundabout interchange, to including circulatory routes and on/off slip roads from A55 and the A5 west to the entrance to the Freight Yard; •• Parc Cybi Junction 2: the Tymawr dumbbell Interchange, including circulatory routes and on/off slip roads to A55, the A5153 south from Tymawr roundabout to Parc Cybi roundabout and Parc Cybi road to entrance of the Logistics site at parc Cybi; •• [the identified area in Llanfachraeth on the A5025];
Road Condition Survey Area means the area shown on Plan 1M(a), Plan 1M(b), Plan 1M(c), Plan 1M(d), and Plan 1M(e) at Schedule 21 comprising:

Related to Road Condition Survey Area

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Contracting Body Satisfaction Survey shall have the meaning set out in Clause 18.1;

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Covered Building Service Contract means a contract or subcontract to provide Building Services to the City of Cambridge or any of its departments or subdivisions.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
