Road Development Plan definition

Road Development Plan means the plan attached hereto as Annexure “C” depicting the details of the Road Development and the applicable diagrams;

Examples of Road Development Plan in a sentence

  • Where any land or site or premises for building is affected in the Statutory Plan / Master Plan Road or Circulation network or a road required to be widened as per Road Development Plan, such area so affected in the road or circulation network shall be surrendered free of cost to the Sanctioning Authority by the owner of land.

  • If the site is not abutting to an existing road, the proposals should be promoted with the immediate improvement of the accessibility of the site from the nearest main road by way of an approved Road Development Plan by the Competent Authority with a minimum width of 12m which should be implemented by the Licenced Developer within a period of three years.

  • The Municipality confirms that it is satisfied, in as far as such confirmation is required in terms of SPLUMA, Provincial Legislation or the By-Law, with SANRAL’s planning, designs and execution of such accesses, as depicted on the Road Development Plan and Annexure A and confirms that no further or additional process(es) relating to access, processes already completed or provided for herein are required for the purposes of a land use application.

  • The Municipality confirms and agrees that SANRAL’s execution and fulfilment of its strategic planning functions, which include spatial planning and land use facets, in terms of the SANRAL Act and as reflected in terms of the Road Development Plan, satisfy and are adequate to meet the objectives of the development principles contained in section 7 of SPLUMA and overall meet the requirements set out in SPLUMA.

  • SANRAL has made provision for access to Affected Properties, which prior to the execution of the Road Development enjoyed formal access to the road, by establishing alternative accesses, Access Roads and/or access servitudes as indicated on the Road Development Plan and Annexure A.

  • It set out our response to anticipated reductions in public sector funding and the need to save money across our services.

  • Where a municipal road has been closed, either temporarily or permanently the Parties agree that they have considered and provided alternative routes or accesses where necessary as also (and if applicable) depicted on the Road Development Plan.

  • The Municipality supports the establishment of these Business Nodes as indicated on the Road Development Plan and undertakes to deal with these nodes in terms of Clause 11 below.

Related to Road Development Plan

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Economic development incentive means a financial incentive,

  • land development area means an erf or the land which is delineated in an application submitted in terms of this By-law or any other legislation governing the change in land use and “land area” has a similar meaning;

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • land development application means the application for a land development permit on a form provided by [local jurisdiction] along with the supporting documentation required in Section [Y]-10(a).

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
