Any ROFR Offer Notice shall be binding upon delivery and irrevocable by the applicable ROFR Rightholder.
If the transaction described in the ROFR Offer Notice is not consummated, then, prior to entering into a new lease for the Available ROFR Space, Lessor shall repeat the process described in this Section 17.26.

The Non-Triggering Member may accept the ROFR Offer only by written notice given within 30 Business Days after delivery of the ROFR Offer Notice (the “ROFR Acceptance Period”).
