Rolled Over definition

Rolled Over shall have a similar meaning.

Rolled Over from an individual retirement arrangement. If the distribution was on account of separation from service, such repayment must be made, however, before the earlier of (i) five (5) years after the first day on which the Participant is subsequently reemployed by the Employer or Affiliate, or (ii) the close of the first Period of Severance of five (5) consecutive years commencing after distribution.
