Rolling Monthly Forecast definition

Rolling Monthly Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
Rolling Monthly Forecast means a rolling [**] month forecast specifying Product Requirements and Placebo Requirements for each month of such forecast, starting with the calendar month following the due date of such forecast.
Rolling Monthly Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Until such time as the Guaranteed Minimum Order Quantity has been ordered, the quantities in the forecast may be adjusted upward or downward by SpectraPoint for any production month within the Rolling Monthly Forecast timeframe in an amount not to exceed the percentage deviations set forth below.

  • REMEC shall accept all Purchase Orders until the Guaranteed Minimum Commitment Quantity has been provided and shall signify the acceptance of each Purchase Order Amendment that is consistent with the prior month's Rolling Monthly Forecast by endorsing and returning a signed copy of the Purchase Order amendments to SpectraPoint by the 25th day of the month.

  • On **, Genentech shall provide to OSI both a first official Rolling Monthly Forecast and a first Three-Year Forecast.

Rolling Monthly Forecast means a rolling twelve (12) month forecast specifying Genentech's Commercial and Clinical Requirements, broken down by quantity of each dosage strength, starting with the calendar month following the due date of such forecast.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month.   • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.

  • Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Monthly Reporting Period The period, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement, during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of:

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
