Rollout Locations definition

Rollout Locations means Existing ATM Locations and Subsequently Acquired ATM Locations, and does not include ATM Locations where Talking ATMs are deployed during Pilot Projects.
Rollout Locations means Existing ATM Locations and Subsequently Acquired ATM Locations, but does not include (i) ATM Locations where Talking ATMs are deployed during any Pilot Project or (ii) ATM Locations at which, at the time of the Effective Date, the only UBOC ATMs are ATMs manufactured by Fujitsu Corporation. As of the Effective Date, there are 22 ATM Locations within this latter category.

  • Any Subsequently Acquired ATM Locations exempted from the Rollout Locations in Section 3.1.3 shall not be covered by this Agreement or any of its provisions, and Claimants and Council expressly reserve all rights regarding such ATM Locations.
