Existing ATM Locations definition

Existing ATM Locations means all existing ATM Locations where the ATM is owned and operated by TCF Bank as of the Effective Date. This term does not include ATMs leased by TCF Bank or ATMs for which TCF Bank has a branding and/or servicing agreement, but does not own and operate the ATM.
Existing ATM Locations means all Xxxxx Fargo Express ATM Locations in the State of California existing as of the Effective Date. Xxxxx Fargo will provide Counsel with a list of Existing ATM locations.

Examples of Existing ATM Locations in a sentence

  • For each of the first two rollout deadlines of Section 3.1.3, above, at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the Existing ATM Locations at which Enhanced ATMs are installed shall be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • At the conclusion of the Pilot Project, and subject to the provisions of Section 8 herein, Xxxxx Fargo will begin a Rollout Program, during which it will install an Enhanced ATM at the Existing ATM Locations and those Subsequently Acquired ATM Locations that are to be included in this Rollout Program pursuant to Sections 3.1.4(a) and (b) below (together referred to as “Rollout Locations”).

  • At the outset of the Pilot Project, the Enhanced ATMs will be installed at a minimum of twenty (20) Existing ATM Locations.

  • Of Xxxxx Fargo’s Existing ATM Locations selected for the Pilot Project, at least fifty percent (50%) shall be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and at least twenty-five percent (25%) shall be located in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.

  • At the conclusion of the Development and Testing phase, Washington Mutual installed one Washington Mutual Talking ATM at each of twenty (20) Existing ATM Locations for pilot testing (hereinafter “Pilot Locations”).

  • Rollout Locations means Existing ATM Locations, and includes ATM Locations where Talking ATMs are deployed during the Pilot Project.


More Definitions of Existing ATM Locations

Existing ATM Locations means all UBOC ATM Locations existing as of the Effective Date. As of the Effective Date there are approximately 320 Existing ATM Locations.
Existing ATM Locations means all existing ATM Locations owned and operated by LaSalle as of the Effective Date. This term does not include Existing LaSalle Branded ATMs as defined in Section 1.6 of this Agreement. Location means a location as that term is used as of the Effective Date in the ATM Locator page of LaSalle Bank’s web sites, whose current web site URLs are xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, except as set forth in Section 3.8.
Existing ATM Locations means Washington Mutual ATM Locations existing as of the Effective Date.

Related to Existing ATM Locations

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor. "Receptor" includes, but is not limited to, any hospital, school, day care center, work site, business, residence, and permanent campground. The distance to the nearest receptor is to be measured from the outermost limit of the area to be disturbed or road surface, whichever is closer.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • On-site generation facility means a generation facility,

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.
