ROMP development definition

ROMP development means development which has yet to be carried out and which is authorised by a planning permission in respect of which a ROMP application has been or is to be made;
ROMP development. (“datblygiad AHGM”) means development which has yet to be carried out and which is authorised by a planning permission which is the subject of an undetermined ROMP application;

Examples of ROMP development in a sentence

  • The direction making power substituted by regulation 35(8) shall apply to ROMP development as it applies to development in respect of which a planning application is made.
