Portal has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b)(iii).

Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

Login Credentials means any passwords, authentication keys, or security credentials that enable Customer’s access, management to the Service Offering, or both.
Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.
Bumping is defined as the displacement of a faculty member in another department, program or service area, by a member with more seniority within the Association bargaining unit.
Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.
