RPA 2 definition

RPA 2 means the portion of the Redevelopment Area described as RPA 2 in the Redevelopment Plan.
RPA 2 means that certain portion of the Redevelopment Area designated as redevelopment project area two in the Redevelopment Plan, and as is further shown and legally described in Exhibit A.

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).
