RRC Rate definition

RRC Rate means, in relation to each Billable Resource Unit, the amount specified as the “RRC Rate” for that Billable Resource Unit on the applicable Supplement, as adjusted pursuant to the applicable Supplement.
RRC Rate means, in relation to each Billable Resource Unit, the amount specified as the “RRC Rate” for that Billable Resource Unit on Schedule 4.1, as adjusted pursuant to Section 12 of Schedule 4.
RRC Rate means the rate at which PacifiCare is credited for its reduced use of resources.

  • If the Actual RUs are lower than the Baseline for such period, IBM will pay WSI an RRC equal to the product of the RRC Rate for the applicable category, as set forth in Exhibit C-3, multiplied by the difference between the Actual RUs for that category and the Baseline.

More Definitions of RRC Rate

RRC Rate means the rate provided in Schedule A-4.4 to be charged by Supplier to CoreLogic for any RRC for the applicable Resource Unit. The RRC Rate shall be equal to the ARC Rate.
RRC Rate has the meaning given in Exhibit 4.
RRC Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.0(p) of Schedule C-1. 235.
RRC Rate means the Resource Unit rate at which PacifiCare is credited for its use of Resource Units below the Baseline.
