RRC Rate definition

RRC Rate means, in relation to each Billable Resource Unit, the amount specified as the “RRC Rate” for that Billable Resource Unit on the applicable Supplement, as adjusted pursuant to the applicable Supplement.
RRC Rate has the meaning given in Exhibit 4.
RRC Rate means the credit for reduced utilization of a Resource Unit below the Baseline, as set forth in the Supplement and Schedule J.

More Definitions of RRC Rate

RRC Rate means, in relation to each Billable Resource Unit, the amount specified as the “RRC Rate” for that Billable Resource Unit on Schedule 4.1, as adjusted pursuant to Section 12 of Schedule 4.
RRC Rate means the rate at which PacifiCare is credited for its reduced use of resources.
RRC Rate means the monetary rate per unit to be credited by Service Provider to Customer for any Resource Unit consumption for each applicable Resource Unit [***] according to the formulas defined in Section 2.4(b) of Schedule E-1.
RRC Rate means the Resource Unit rate at which PacifiCare is credited for its use of Resource Units below the Baseline.
RRC Rate means the rate provided in Schedule A-4.4 to be charged by Supplier to CoreLogic for any RRC for the applicable Resource Unit. The RRC Rate shall be equal to the ARC Rate.
RRC Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.0(p) of Schedule C-1. 235.
RRC Rate means the amount to be credited to Newco for each Resource Unit below the applicable Resource Baseline that is not consumed by Newco during a month. The “RRC Rate” for each Resource Category is set forth in Attachment C-2.
