Resource Unit definition

Resource Unit. (“RU”) means a particular unit of resource, as described in Schedule J, which is measured to determine ABM’s actual utilization of such resource compared to the applicable Resource Baseline for purposes of calculating “Additional Resource Charges” (“ARCs”) and “Reduced Resource Credits” (“RRCs”) as described in Schedule J.
Resource Unit has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2, Exhibit B;
Resource Unit means the unit of Services which is attributable to a specified Resource Unit Rate. For example, if a Resource Unit Rate exists and is defined as being charged “per FTE hour” the Resource Unit applicable to such Resource Unit Rate will be one (1) FTE hour.

Examples of Resource Unit in a sentence

  • If the actual consumption of a Resource Unit in any month is greater or less than the applicable Monthly Resource Baseline, an Additional Resource Charge (ARC) or Reduced Resource Credit (RRC) shall be applied, as provided in this Exhibit.

  • Service Provider will calculate ARCs and RRCs using the applicable ARC rates and RRC rates for each Resource Unit Category.

  • Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Annual Base Charges, as adjusted pursuant to this Exhibit, fully compensate Service Provider for providing the Services at the Resource Unit usage levels of the Monthly Resource Baselines.

  • Each of these Resource Unit Categories has separate Annual Base Charges, ARCs/RRCs, and Monthly Resource Baselines.

  • If DIR proposes to add or remove a Resource Unit Category or move Charges from one Resource Unit Category to another, the Parties shall agree on the Resource Unit Baseline and Charges components applicable thereto and on corresponding adjustments to the Resource Baselines, Base Charges, ARC rates and RRC rates, and other Charges components for the remaining other Resource Unit Categories.


More Definitions of Resource Unit

Resource Unit shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit C (Fees and Resource Baselines).
Resource Unit or “RU” shall mean the unit of measure for which there is a Monthly Baseline. RUs are defined throughout this Exhibit C.
