Resource Baseline definition

Resource Baseline has the meaning given in Exhibit 4.
Resource Baseline. “Resource Baseline” shall have the meaning specified in Schedule C.
Resource Baseline means the assumed quantity of an individual Resource Unit that may be consumed or utilized in each month as specified in Appendix 3-A to Schedule 3 (Pricing and Invoicing);

Examples of Resource Baseline in a sentence

  • The Service Provider shall not impose any fixed or monthly required minimum fees or support level pricing for any Resource Baseline or at the total contract level; in no event will DIR be required to pay Service Provider for volumes not consumed or utilized by DIR.

  • If the actual consumption of a Resource Unit in any month is greater or less than the applicable Monthly Resource Baseline, an Additional Resource Charge (ARC) or Reduced Resource Credit (RRC) shall be applied, as provided in this Exhibit.

  • There shall be no change in the Charges otherwise payable to Service Provider during a given month unless the number of Resource Units for a Resource Unit Category actually used during such month exceeds or is less than the applicable Monthly Resource Baseline.

  • After the completion of each month during the Term, starting with the first calendar month end after the completion and Acceptance by DIR of the Resource Baseline True-Up, Service Provider shall calculate ARCs and RRCs as set forth in this Section.

  • Service Provider shall be responsible for recording all ARCs and RRCs due, and for reflecting these amounts in each Monthly Invoice, effective the month following completion and approval by DIR of the Resource Baseline True-Up. Service Provider shall present all applicable ARCs and RRCs for a particular month in one Monthly Invoice in accordance with Section 12.1 of the Agreement.


More Definitions of Resource Baseline

Resource Baseline shall have the meaning given in Schedule 4.
Resource Baseline means the number of Resource Units for the applicable Resource Category that are included within the Annual Services Charge, determined on a monthly basis. The Resource Baseline for each Resource Category is set forth in Attachment C-2.
Resource Baseline or “RU” for each applicable Service, a unit of resource for which Customer and Provider have established a fixed price and a Baseline. The fixed price amount and Baseline for each Resource Unit is set forth in MA-IB-00136-2018 Confidential treatment requested by Juniper Networks, Inc. the Fees Spreadsheet for each SOW. The definition and measurement interval for each type of Resource Unit is set forth in Appendix 1 (Resource Unit Definitions) to Exhibit B (Fees) of each SOW.
Resource Baseline for each applicable category of Service, means that quantity of Resource Units that is included in the monthly Base Charges set forth in Schedule E-3. The Resource Baselines for each month of the Term are set forth in Schedule E-5.
Resource Baseline shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit C (Fees and Resource Baselines).
Resource Baseline means the baseline number of Resource Units in relation to a Service Category in an Invoice Region, as specified in this Schedule in relation to that Service Category and that Invoice Region;
Resource Baseline for each Resource Category means the quantity of RUs that as of the Effective Date the Parties anticipate Health Net will utilize each Contract Year within such Resource Category. The Resource Baselines for each Resource Category are set forth in Exhibit C-2. Certain of these Resource Baselines are subject to adjustment as part of the Joint Verification Process described in Exhibit C-10.
