  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • DGPC means Druk Green Power Corporation Limited including its successors and permitted assigns;

  • Sub-Advisor shall include the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.

  • BCI means Broadcasting Commission of Ireland;

  • BlackRock means persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with BlackRock, Inc. that act as investment adviser and sub-adviser to the Funds.
