Examples of RSS Unit in a sentence

  • As permitted under the NYISO Tariffs and as warranted by system conditions, the Parties shall coordinate the scheduling of the RSS Unit for these purposes so that RGE will either designate the related RSS Unit as the Day-Ahead Reliability Unit (as defined in the NYISO Tariffs) or commit that RSS Unit pursuant to the Supplemental Resource Evaluation (as defined in the NYISO Tariffs).

  • Xxxxx shall have the obligation to ensure that the RSS Unit is operated in accordance with the NYISO Tariffs, NERC, NPCC, NRC or NYSRC rules and consistently with the terms of any applicable environmental regulations, restrictions, orders or decrees or any required operating permits.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the New FWA RSS Unit shall have at least the same form, function and fit of both of the current RSS Equipment jointly (the F2 and F5 RSS equipment), pursuant the Specifications provided to Axtel by Airspan and Nortel Networks (as the former manufacturer).

  • In the event that such testing cannot be accomplished during a period of time the RSS Unit is in operation, Xxxxx shall provide RGE with at least fourteen (14) days advance written notice requesting written authorization from RGE for Xxxxx to self-commit the RSS Unit.

  • In the event of an Unplanned Outage, Xxxxx shall notify RGE, pursuant to established practice under the NYISO Outage Scheduling Manual, of the nature and expected duration of such Unplanned Outage as soon as practicable and shall keep RGE timely advised of any developments associated with such Unplanned Outage and the estimated timing of the return of the RSS Unit to full capability.

  • Xxxxx has not received notice (verbal or written) of, nor is it aware of, any person making allegations that all or any part of the RSS Unit or the Facility as a whole, or the use, operation or ownership thereof, are in violation of any applicable Environmental Law.

  • Except when the RSS Unit is unavailable, the RSS Unit shall provide reactive power consistent with the capability of the RSS Unit and in accordance with the Interconnection Agreement and the procedures specified under the NYISO’s Voltage Support Service.

  • Xxxxx shall provide to RGE a detailed major outage plan and schedule involving maintenance or restoration of the RSS Unit from a Planned Outage.

  • Xxxxx shall have no obligation to cause the RSS Unit to be operated in a manner that would be inconsistent with or in violation of the NYISO Tariffs, NERC, NPCC, NRC or NYSRC rules or would cause Xxxxx to violate the terms of any applicable environmental regulations, restrictions, orders or decrees or any operating permit, which determination shall be made by Xxxxx in its reasonable discretion.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Xxxxx may not sell or transfer the assets comprising substantially all of the RSS Unit unless the purchaser or transferee agrees in writing with RGE to assume all rights, obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Process unit means equipment assembled for the extraction of natural gas liquids from field gas, the fractionation of the liquids into natural gas products, or other operations associated with processing natural gas products. A process unit can operate independently if supplied with sufficient feed or raw materials and sufficient storage facilities for the products.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Performance Share means an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Performance Unit means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.

  • Phantom Share means a right, pursuant to the Plan, of the Grantee to payment of the Phantom Share Value.

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Phantom Stock Unit means the right to receive the value of one (1) share of the Company’s Common Stock, subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 of the Plan.

  • Award Period means the period beginning on an Award Date and ending on the expiration date of such Award.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Service unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Said Unit means the said Flat, the said Vehicle Parking Space, (if any), and the right of common use of the Common Portions and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall also include the Said Undivided Share.

  • Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Share, as awarded under the Plan.

  • Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.
