The NZRU shall be required to seek confirmation from any Player previously a party to an NZ Rugby Contract as to whether he wishes to retract his agreement at least 14 days prior to the Super Rugby Eligibility Date.
The NZRU, the Player’s Agreed Super Rugby Club and the Player may, at any time during that Player’s NZ Rugby Term, agree in writing to vary any of the terms of the Player’s NZ Rugby Contract.
