Good moral character means that term as defined and determined under 1974 PA 381, MCL 338.41 to 338.47.

Coastal high hazard area means a Special Flood Hazard Area extending from offshore to the inland limit of a primary frontal dune along an open coast and any other area subject to high velocity wave action from storms or seismic sources. Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.
Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.
Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.
Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.

Unstable area means a location that is susceptible to natural or human-induced events or forces capable of impairing the integrity of some or all of the landfill structural components responsible for preventing releases from a landfill. Unstable areas can include poor foundation conditions, areas susceptible to mass movements, and Karst terranes.
Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.
Agricultural land means land suitable for use in farming.
School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.
Rental housing means development of a building or structure with four or more dwelling units all of which are intended for use as rented residential premises;
Finance Lease means any lease or hire purchase contract which would, in accordance with the Accounting Principles, be treated as a finance or capital lease.
