Rural Programs definition

Rural Programs means the RRP, the RGPLP, the RGPALP, the RSLP, the RCME, the REAP, the RIF, the RCF, the NITAOP, and the IAF.
Rural Programs means the RRP, RCME, and RIF referred to in section 6.1. The Rural Programs are funded by the Government at a level sufficient to maintain existing premiums and/or values.
