Russian Alcohol Finance Limited shall do all such things as are necessary to maintain its corporate existence.
Russian Alcohol Finance Limited shall pay its debts as they fall due.
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
MFET Limited means the company limited by guarantee (number 7121661) of that name, established for the purpose in particular of making payments in accordance with arrangements made with the Secretary of State to persons who have acquired HIV as a result of treatment by the NHS with blood or blood products;
Applicable School Finance Law means Chapters 48 and 49 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, and other applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, the Texas Economic Development Act (Chapter 313 of the TEXAS TAX CODE); Chapter 403, Subchapter M, of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE applicable to the District; and, the Constitution and general laws of the State applicable to the school districts of the State, including specifically, the applicable rules, regulations, and interpretations of the agencies of the State having jurisdiction over any matters relating to the public school systems and school districts of the State, and judicial decisions construing or interpreting any of the above. The term also includes any amendments or successor statutes that may be adopted in the future which impact or alter the calculation of the Applicant’s ad valorem tax obligation or the M&O Amount in Section 4.2 of this Agreement to the District, either with or without the limitation of property values made pursuant to this Agreement.
Malta means the Island of Malta, the Island of Gozo and the other islands of the Maltese Archipelago, including the territorial waters thereof;
India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;
PLC means Programmable Logic Controller;
Asia means Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, North Korea, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;
Houseboat means watercraft primarily used as habitation and not used primarily as a means of transportation.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
Mauritius means the Republic of Mauritius and includes: (i) all the territories and islands which, in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, constitute the State of Mauritius; (ii) the territorial sea of Mauritius; and (iii) any area outside the territorial sea of Mauritius which in accordance with international law has been or may hereafter be designated, under the laws of Mauritius, as an area, including the Continental Shelf, within which the rights of Mauritius with respect to the sea, the sea-bed and sub-soil and their natural resources may be exercised;
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Norway means the Kingdom of Norway, and includes the land territory and internal waters, the territorial sea and the area beyond the territorial sea where the Kingdom of Norway, according to Norwegian legislation and in accordance with international law, may exercise her rights with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources; the term does not comprise Svalbard, Jan Mayen and the Norwegian dependencies (“xxxxxx”);
Indian child means any unmarried person who is under age eighteen and is either (a) a member of an Indian tribe or (b) is eligible for membership in an Indian tribe and is the biological child of a member of an Indian tribe;
International Financial Institution means any bank in the top 1,000 (together with their affiliated companies) as measured by "Tier 1" capital or any broker/dealer in the top 100 as measured by capital.
ABN means Australian Business Number.
Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or
Euronext Dublin means the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin;
International airport means an airport:
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Motorsport Australia means the Confederation of Australia Motor Sport Ltd. trading as Motorsport Australia;
Parade means a public procession, sometimes including a marching band or float(s) and often of a celebratory nature, held in honor of an anniversary, event, person, cause, etc.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Sweden means the Kingdom of Sweden and, when used in a geographical sense, includes the national territory, the territorial sea of Sweden as well as other maritime areas over which Sweden in accordance with international law exercises sovereign rights or jurisdiction;
