Safety Fitness Certificate means a safety fitness certificate issued by the Province of Alberta pursuant to the Commercial Vehicle Certificate and Insurance Regulation, Alta Reg 314/2002;
Safety Fitness Certificate means the certificate issued by the Department in accordance with Section 9;
