Samsung Products definition

Samsung Products has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Samsung Products means an integrated circuit, including Monochip and/or RF Memory chip, developed or have developed and manufactured by SAMSUNG which the OTI Technology is incorporated into.
Samsung Products means any smart phone and tablet products developed and manufactured by Samsung, that are “Samsung” branded.

  • The Offer shall be applicable on purchase of genuine Samsung Products from Samsung Exclusive Stores, select Multi Brand Stores, Modern Trade Stores & leading electronics Stores (hereinafter called as “Outlet”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the determination of the prices at which Samsung or its Affiliates offers or sells Samsung Products to any third party will account for any and all cash and non-cash consideration paid, rebated, credited or otherwise made available by Samsung or its Affiliates to any such third party.

  • Solely for the purposes of this Section 3.1, Samsung Products shall be deemed to have been sold to Lexar as is described in the Consignment Contract.

  • By getting enrolled in Program the Member voluntarily agrees to receive Program specific or promotional communication regarding Samsung Products like Mobiles, Tablets, Accessories & Wearables, Consumer durables such as Air conditioner, Television, Washing Machine, Microwave, Air Purifier, Storage devices and Audio devices (JBL & Harman), on the contact details provided by the Member.

  • In no event shall Lexar's inability or failure to purchase --------- those amounts of Samsung Products described in Section 4.1 constitute a breach of this Agreement.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Seller Products means all products sold, offered for sale, licensed, under development, distributed or otherwise provided by or for Seller or any of its Subsidiaries to any Third Party in the conduct of the Sale Business as currently conducted, including but not limited to such products listed on Schedule 1.1(b).
