San Francisco waterfront definition

San Francisco waterfront means those lands placed by the city under the management, supervision, and control of the port.
San Francisco waterfront means those portions of the area transferred to the Port pursuant to the Burton Act that also lie within the area defined in subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 66610 of the Government Code.
