Sanofi Agreement definition

Sanofi Agreement means the licence agreement between Ascendis Pharma A/S and Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH, dated 15 December 2010.
Sanofi Agreement means the Agreement between Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. and Pocono Township dated October 3, 2008 and which is referred to in Section 5.1.10 of the Cooperation Agreement, dated May 10, 2010, and attached thereto as Exhibit “G.”
Sanofi Agreement has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
