Santa Xxxx Project definition

Santa Xxxx Project means the Santa Xxxx mine (Minas Santa Xxxx), consisting of the Santa Xxxx gold deposit, the Alto de la Xxxx xxxx deposit and all associated Mining Properties, Buildings and Fixtures, assets, properties and equipment, located near the village of Canazas in Veraguas Province, Panama, situated approximately 000 xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, all as further described on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.
Santa Xxxx Project means the 1.4 MW Santa Xxxx Jail project located in Dublin, California.
Santa Xxxx Project means the Santa Xxxx gold project located in the Antioquia Batholith near the town of Santa Xxxx xx Xxxx approximately 00 xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, as described in the Santa Xxxx Mine Plan, and including the construction, development, production, processing, recovery, sale, transportation, storage and delivery operations in respect thereof;

  • If the Seller acquires, reacquires, restakes or relocates any Mining Rights that cover or relate to or are contiguous with or appurtenant to any portion of the Santa Xxxx Project that was released, surrendered, abandoned, terminated, lapsed or relinquished, this Agreement shall apply fully to such acquired, reacquired, restaked or relocated portion.

  • The Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the conduct of operations at the Santa Xxxx Project, are and have been in compliance in all material respects with all Applicable Laws, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all exploration, development and mining operations in respect of all Borrower Property have been conducted in accordance with good mining and engineering practices and all material workers’ compensation and health and safety regulations have been complied with.


More Definitions of Santa Xxxx Project

Santa Xxxx Project has the meaning set out in the preamble to this Agreement, and for the purpose of certainty, the Santa Xxxx Project includes the Mining Rights and shall include any additional, amended, replacement or supplemental concessions or properties in the same area and the addition of any adjacent or appurtenant concessions, properties, leasehold interests, claims, fee property or other real property interests;
Santa Xxxx Project means the “DRHE Property” (as defined in the DRHE Option Agreement) and including the “Subject Property” (as defined in the Legends Agreement).

Related to Santa Xxxx Project

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Area B means the area marked “Area B” outlined in orange on the Plan;

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Commercial project means any project, including, but not

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Phase I means the first part of the tuition incentive assistance program defined as the academic period of 80 semester or 120 term credits, or less, leading to an associate degree or certificate.

  • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.
