SAR Termination Date definition

SAR Termination Date means 12:01 a.m., Eastern time, on November 1, 2017, or such later time as the Purchaser’s obligations to purchase the Second Acquisition Shares may be extended pursuant to the Purchaser’s tolling rights in the first sentence of Section 5.3 and the second sentence of Section 5.7 of the License Agreement.

SAR Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

SAR Termination Date means the date occurring seven (7) years after the Date of Grant.

Examples of SAR Termination Date in a sentence

• The margin of safety for this company is the difference between the budgeted sales and the breakeven sales, which is 900 units (5,700unite -4,800).

SAR Termination Date means the date that is the later of (a) the tenth anniversary of the date of this Agreement and (b) the earlier of (x) the date that is 6 months following the date that the Second Acquisition Right Conditions are satisfied and (y) the date that is 6 months following the tenth anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
