SARS Authorised Representative definition

SARS Authorised Representative means the SARS employee designated / appointed in terms of this Agreement, or his/her appointed delegate, as the person who will interface with the Service Provider on all matters relating to the general administration of this Agreement, who will manage the overall performance of the Service Provider over the contract term and to whom all communications regarding this Agreement must be addressed;

  • SARS undertakes to: Subject to Applicable Law, nominate a SARS Authorised Representative who will be responsible for liaising with the Insurer, including but not limited to acting as a central point of contact between SARS and the Insurer.

  • The Senior Accounts Manager and SARS Authorised Representative or designee shall meet for meetings, in the manner prescribed in the RFP.

  • Tax Filing Authorised Person means such person as any Director shall designate from time to time, acting severally.
