Performance of the Service. 2.1 The Parties shall co-operate and consult each other in conjunction with the performance of the Service. Each party shall appoint its own contact person who will be responsible for the co-operation regarding the Agree- ment. The other party shall be informed of the choice of contact person. The authority of contact persons to represent the respective parties shall be set forth in the Agreement
Performance of the Service. 3.1 During the Contract Period the Contractor shall perform the Service in strict accordance with the Contract Standard and in a proper, skilful and workmanlike manner, to the entire satisfaction of the Supervising Officer.
Performance of the Service. The contracted service is temporary and shall be carried out under the following conditions: − services provided shall mainly be carried out independently and without subordination; − absence of any set working hours; − no functional position within the organizational structure; − organizational autonomy in achieving the requested results. The contractor shall autonomously choose the methods for completing the contracted services. REFERENCE PERSON FOR THE DEPARTMENT Prof. …………………………………..... shall be the reference person for the Department, as indicated in the “services form” attached hereto, which forms an integral part of this contract. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT Bearing in mind the complex nature of the contracted service, the contract covers a period of …………………… months. The Department can in any case withdraw from the contract at any moment and without notice, paying only a sum proportional to the work actually completed, without entitling the contractor to compensation for damages of any kind.
Performance of the Service. The CONTRACTOR will execute the Service in compliance with the present SA and in conformity with the agreed terms fixed in the Attachment No. 1 this SA, unless agreed otherwise by the Parties in writing, and according to reasonable written CLIENT’s instructions. The term for providing the Service is 90 days from the effective day of this SA. The CLIENT shall provide the CONTRACTOR with the Material on its own cost, together with written documents and all relevant information necessary to perform the Service, no later than 7 calendar days after the effective day of this SA. In the event of a delay in such providing, the Parties agree that the time of completing of the Service shall be extended accordingly to reflect such delay. The CONTRACTOR shall use the delivered Material, documents and information for the sole purpose of performing the Service and in according with the NDA.
Performance of the Service. 1. The CONTRACTOR will execute each Study in compliance with the present SA and in conformity with the agreed terms fixed in the applicable Study Plan, unless agreed otherwise by the Parties in writing, and: - According to CLIENT’s reasonable oral and/or written instructions, on condition that the oral instruction will be consequently confirmed in writing; - According to all Applicable Laws and regulations.
Performance of the Service. 3.1 During the Agreement Period the Supplier shall perform the Service in accordance with the Agreement Standard and in a proper, skilful and workmanlike manner, to the entire satisfaction of the Supervising Officer.
Performance of the Service. 4.1 The supplier shall perform the services in accordance with the specified requirements, specifications, etc., and in accordance with recognised technique and first-class workmanship with reference to applicable industry standards.
Performance of the Service. 6.1. During the Term, the Mens’ Shed shall perform the activities efficiently, effectively and safely and in a manner consistent with the terms of this Memorandum of Agreement and to the entire satisfaction of the Council or Authorised Officer.
Performance of the Service. 8.1 Availability and quality The Service is available in such form as we release from time to time, and we give no assurance (whether by way of representation, warranty, undertaking or otherwise) as to the operation, availability, quality, conformance to description or sample, functionality, or performance, of the Service or the Platform.
Performance of the Service. 8.1. If, due to an event of Force Majeure, the performance becomes impossible on a permanent basis, however at least for six months, Service Provider shall be released from its obligation to deliver or perform.
