Satellite registrar means a person appointed under Section 20A-5-201 to register
Satellite registrar means a person appointed under Section 20A-5-201 to register voters and perform other duties.
State registrar means the state registrar of vital statistics.
Certificate Registrar means the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.

Bond Registrar means the bank or trust company appointed pursuant to Section 4 or in the Certificate of Award as the initial authenticating agent, bond registrar, transfer agent and paying agent for the Bonds under the Bond Registrar Agreement and until a successor Bond Registrar shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Bond Registrar Agreement and, thereafter, “Bond Registrar” shall mean the successor Bond Registrar.
Transfer Agent and Registrar shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(e) hereof.
Local registrar means a person appointed under Subsection 26-2-3(3)(b).
Securities Registrar have the respective meanings specified in Section 5.4.
Register and Registrar Mean the register maintained and the registrar appointed pursuant to Sections 3.04 and 7.
Debenture Registrar shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).
Conversion Agent shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.
Paying Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to pay the principal of or any premium or interest on any Securities on behalf of the Company.
Special Sub-Custodian Each such duly appointed Special Sub-Custodian shall be listed on Schedule D hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by a Fund, with the acknowledgment of the Custodian. In connection with the appointment of any Special Sub-Custodian, and in accordance with Special Instructions, the Custodian shall enter into a sub-custodian agreement with the Fund and the Special Sub-Custodian in form and substance approved by such Fund, provided that such agreement shall in all events comply with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder and the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Fiscal Agent means ABN AMRO Bank N.V., a banking association organized under the laws of the Netherlands and its permitted successors and assigns.
Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
