Savings Program definition

Savings Program means the UCAR Carbon Savings Plan.
Savings Program means the 401(k) Retirement Savings Program (formerly known as the Salary Deferral Savings Program) of WellPoint Health Networks Inc., as amended from time to time.
Savings Program means the provisions of the Plan relating to the Tellabs Profit Sharing and Savings Plan, a profit sharing and Code Section 401 savings and matching contribution plan which forms a part hereof.
