Scale of Rates definition

Scale of Rates means the scale of rates along with the statement of conditions with respect thereto framed and notified by TAMP or such other competent authority under the provisions of MPT Act, as applicable.

  • In this Scale of Rates, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply: (i).

  • The Licensee shall be bound to pay interest on all overdue payments from the date when the same becomes due, at the rate as specified in the Scale of Rates for the time being in force and as revised from time to time, subject to a minimum of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only), it being made clear that the liability for payment of interest shall not affect the other rights accruing to Cochin Port Trust on account of such defaults on the part of the Licensee.

  • The quoted rate is subject to escalation as per the Scale of Rates which will be revised from time to time.The lease rental is subject to revision in accordance with the amendments to the Ch.P.A’s Scale of Rates from time to time.

  • These services will be rendered to the vessels entering the SWPL’s berth numbers 5A and 6A by the Mormugao Port Trust as per their approved Scale of Rates.

  • The Scale of Rates (SoR) with the base rate of lease rent is notified by the Tariff Authority for Major Ports (TAMP) or any other Competent Authority from time to time.

  • The above shall be made available at rates as given in the Scale of Rates as relevant and applicable subject to revision from time to time.

  • A Bank Guarantee is to be executed by the successful tenderer from Tuticorin Branch of any Nationalised / Scheduled bank of India for a sum equivalent to the amount arrived at by multiplying the prevailing wharfage of the relevant commodity / commodities as per Scale of Rates with the tendered MGT.

  • The determination of Scale of Rates would take place thereafter and that because of very nature of this exercise, when the actual demand would be raised, it would relate to past period.

  • The Licensee shall be liable to pay any increased fee calculated on the basis of the Scale of Rates approved by TAMP from time to time.

  • In this Scale of Rates, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply.


More Definitions of Scale of Rates

Scale of Rates means the scale of rates along with the statement of conditions with respect thereto framed from time to time and notified by Tamil Nadu Maritime Board or such other competent authority under the provisions of Indian Ports Act, as applicable.
Scale of Rates means the scale of rates alongwith the statement of conditions with respect thereto framed and notified by TAMP or such other competent authority under the provisions of MPT Act, as applicable.
Scale of Rates means rates fixed by TAMP or any other Government Authority.

Related to Scale of Rates

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.

  • Schedule of Rates of the Railway means the Schedule of Rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time.

  • Original Effective Date means the Effective Date under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.

  • PAL effective date generally means the date of issuance of the PAL permit. However, the PAL effective date for an increased PAL is the date any emissions unit that is part of the PAL major modification becomes operational and begins to emit the PAL pollutant.

  • Incremental Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Services;

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • PAL effective period means the period beginning with the PAL effective date and ending 10 years later.

  • Additional Effective Date means the date the Additional Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC.

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • Incremental value means a figure derived by multiplying the marginal value of the property located within a project area on which tax increment is collected by a number that represents the adjusted tax increment from that project area that is paid to the agency.

  • Effective Price of Additional Shares of Common Stock shall mean the quotient determined by dividing the total number of Additional Shares of Common Stock issued or sold, or deemed to have been issued or sold by the Company under this Section 4F, into the aggregate consideration received, or deemed to have been received, by the Company for such issue under this Section 4F, for such Additional Shares of Common Stock.

  • Initial Effective Date means the date that the Initial Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC.

  • Policy Effective Date means the commencement date of these Terms and Benefits which is specified as "Policy Effective Date" in the Policy Schedule.

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;

  • Amendment No. 3 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 3.

  • Minimum data set means the data required by the Australian Government from Community Care service outlets, in the form prescribed by the Australian Government, which data is shared with the Queensland Government;

  • Second Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the Assignment/job.
