Schedule 3 SAYE definition

Schedule 3 SAYE means any share option scheme that meets the requirements in force from time to time of Parts 2 to 7 of Schedule 3 to ITEPA;

  • Material Related Party Transactions means any transaction/transactions to be entered into individually or taken together with previous transactions during a financial year exceeds 10% of the annual consolidated turnover of the Company as per the last audited financial statements of the Company.

  • Schedule 2 means Schedule 2 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Disclosed Litigation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Balance Sheet Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Company Balance Sheet Date means December 31, 2016.
