Schedule of Hourly Charges definition

Schedule of Hourly Charges means the schedule of hourly charges referred to in the Sub-Contract Order.

  • Where the Sub-Contract Order provides that payment under the Sub-Contract is to be on a measurement/daywork basis or the Contractor instructs the Sub- Contractor in writing to carry out works on a measurement/daywork basis, such works shall be valued by the Contractor on a fair and reasonable basis with reference, where possible, to the Bills of Quantities, the Schedule of Rates and the Schedule of Hourly Charges.

  • Where the Sub-Contract Order provides that payment under the Sub- Contract is to be on a measurement/daywork basis, the Contractor shall pay the Sub-Contractor, in the manner and at the times specified in these Conditions, amounts calculated by reference (where possible) to the Bills of Quantities, the Schedule of Rates and/or the Schedule of Hourly Charges.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the steps taken by the Sub-Contractor in order to comply with an Acceleration Notice shall not entitle the Sub-Contractor to any extension of time or addition to the Sub- Contract Sum or adjustment to the Bills of Quantities, the Schedule of Rates or the Schedule of Hourly Charges (whichever is/are applicable).

  • The Sub-Contract Sum, the Bills of Quantities, the Schedule of Rates and the Schedule of Hourly Charges (whichever is/are applicable) shall not be adjusted in any way whatsoever otherwise than in accordance with the express provisions of the Sub-Contract.

  • Where clause 5.6.3 applies, the basis of revision of hourly charges, if not set out in the Schedule of Hourly Charges is as follows: The rates as stated in the schedule of hourly charges are fixed for the first year of the Contract Period and shall subject to an annual review as indicated below.

  • The City is not liable for the payment for any Services performed by personnel in a job classification that is not listed on the Schedule of Hourly Charges.3.2. The Consultant agrees to provide the Services and the City agrees to compensate the Consultant for these Services on a time and expense basis in accordance with the attached Schedule of Hourly Charges.

  • The Employer shall pay the Contractor at the times and in the manner specified in the Conditions amounts calculated by reference to the Schedule of Rates identified in the Contract Particular (item 11), adjusted and, if appropriate, revised as therein mentioned, or (where applicable and appropriate) calculated by reference to a Schedule of Hourly Charges (subject to items 12 and 13).

Related to Schedule of Hourly Charges

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the state on obligations.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Tariff Schedule means the most recent schedule of charges for supply of electricity and services issued by the licensee as per the provisions of the Tariff Order for that licensee;

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
