Schedule of Significant Litigation definition

Schedule of Significant Litigation means the Schedule of Significant Litigation, a copy of which is set forth as Schedule 3.18, affixed hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof, setting forth the information described in Section 3.18 with respect to each Significant Litigation.
Schedule of Significant Litigation means the Schedule of Significant Litigation, a copy of which is set forth as Schedule 3.17, affixed hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof, setting forth the information described in Section 3.17 with respect to each Significant Litigation.

  • Institution of higher learning means an educational institution located within this state meeting all of the following requirements:

  • Current significant investigative information means investigative information that a licensing board, after an inquiry or investigation that includes notification and an opportunity for the audiologist or speech-language pathologist to respond, if required by state law, has reason to believe is not groundless and, if proved true, would indicate more than a minor infraction.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.
