Schedule of Solar Assets means, as the context may require, the Schedule of Solar Assets owned by the Financing Funds and SAP, as such schedule may be amended from time to time in connection with the delivery of a Notice of Borrowing.

Examples of Schedule of Solar Assets in a sentence

  • With respect to New Construction Solar Assets (Sub-PV6), the related Solar Service Agreement is non-cancelable and prepayable by the Host Customer, if at all, only with a mandatory prepayment amount equal to the amount specified in the Schedule of Solar Assets.
