Scheduled Call Date definition

Scheduled Call Date means the earlier of the First Call Date and the first Interest Payment Date thereafter on which the Scheduled Call Conditions are satisfied.
Scheduled Call Date means the earliest date on which the Issuer could redeem the Class A-1 Bonds through the Class A-1 Mandatory Call or the Class A-2 Bonds through the Class A-2 Mandatory Call.
Scheduled Call Date means, in relation to a Bond, each date entered as such in the Register in respect of that Bond.

Examples of Scheduled Call Date in a sentence

  • Kiwibank must not provide a loan directly or indirectly to KGHL for the purpose of funding the payment of the Call Price unless the consent of the RBNZ is obtained and the Kiwibank Perpetual Bonds are repaid on or shortly after the Scheduled Call Date.

  • The Scheduled Call Date will be the earlier of the First Call Date (27 May 2022) and the first Interest Payment Date thereafter on which the Scheduled Call Conditions are satisfied.

Related to Scheduled Call Date

  • Par Call Date means March 1, 2025.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to the Storm Recovery Bonds, the date with respect to each tranche when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid in accordance with the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Storm Recovery Bonds.

  • First Call Date means the date falling 24 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the February 8, 2017 Distribution Date, (ii) the Class A-2-A Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iii) the Class A-2-B Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iv) the Class A-3 Notes, the October 8, 2020 Distribution Date, (v) the Class B Notes, the March 8, 2021 Distribution Date, (vi) the Class C Notes, the January 10, 2022 Distribution Date, (vii) the Class D Notes, the February 8, 2022 Distribution Date and (viii) the Class E Notes, the September 8, 2023 Distribution Date.

  • Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).

  • Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.

  • Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • Call Date The date on which the Call Right may be exercised, as specified in the applicable Supplement.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Date means April 15, 2008.

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Scheduled Valid Day means a Business Day.
