Scheduled Valid Day means a Business Day.

Scheduled Valid Day means a Business Day. Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or other day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close or be closed in the State of New York.

The Relevant Price will be determined without regard to after-hours trading or any other trading outside of the regular trading session trading hours. Settlement Averaging Period: For any Option:

Scheduled Valid Day. “Scheduled Valid Day” means a “Scheduled Trading Day” as defined in the Supplemental Indenture.
