Scheduled Cargo Quantity definition

Scheduled Cargo Quantity the quantity of LNG (in MMBtus) identified in the ADP or Ninety Day Schedule to be loaded onto an LNG Tanker in a Delivery Window in accordance with Section 8 or as provided pursuant to Section 4.5.2 or 4.5.3, as applicable;
Scheduled Cargo Quantity means, with respect to each LNG cargo, the Customer’s reasonable estimate of the quantity of LNG (in m3 and in MMBTU), excluding the LNG heel of the LNG Carrier, expected to be unloaded at the LNG Receipt Point.
Scheduled Cargo Quantity means, with respect to each LNG cargo, the Customer’s reasonable estimate of the quantity of LNG (in m3 and in MMBTU), excluding the LNG heel of the LNG Carrier, expected to be unloaded at the Receiving Facilities.

  • Seller may request by notice a change in the Scheduled Cargo Quantity or the Delivery Window for any cargo in the ADP (including any Ninety Day Schedule) for such Contract Year for operational causes affecting Seller, including Force Majeure.

Related to Scheduled Cargo Quantity

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Volume Commitment means the volume of NGLs that a Committed Shipper has guaranteed to ship on the Pipeline pursuant to its TSA.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
