LNG Receipt Point definition

LNG Receipt Point means the point where the outlet flanges of the LNG Vessel’s loading lines connect with the inlet flanges of the FSRU.
LNG Receipt Point means the point at which the outlet flanges of the loading lines (flex hoses or loading arms) of the LNG Carrier connect with the inlet flanges of the FSRU.
LNG Receipt Point means the point at which the coupler of each of the LNG loading flexible hoses of the FSRU joins the flange of the manifold of the LNG Vessel.

  • Given the priority rights over the use of the Terminal in favour of PLL, the Customer should, in order to mitigate any delay or failure in the delivery of the Customer’s LNG at the LNG Receipt Point, in its gas supply agreement with the supplier of the Customer’s LNG, make provision for re-scheduling of the cargo within the delivery period as per the Invitation and Selection Process.

LNG Receipt Point means the Receiving Facilities.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Reid vapor pressure means the vapor pressure of crude oil or other volatile petroleum products at 100 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the latest edition of ASTM D6377 (RVPE): Standard Test Method for Determination of Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.
