LNG Receipt Point definition

LNG Receipt Point means the point where the outlet flanges of the LNG Vessel’s loading lines connect with the inlet flanges of the FSRU.
LNG Receipt Point means the point at which the outlet flanges of the loading lines (flex hoses or loading arms) of the LNG Carrier connect with the inlet flanges of the FSRU.
LNG Receipt Point means the Receiving Facilities.

  • In such event, if the LNG delivered at the LNG Receipt Point complied with the LNG Specifications, then a Non-Permitted Service Reduction shall be deemed to have occurred.

  • In such event, if the LNG delivered by the User at the LNG Receipt Point complied with the LNG Specifications, then a Non-Permitted Service Reduction shall be deemed to have occurred in respect of the User.

  • PLL shall use its best efforts to ensure that the Customer’s LNG is delivered at the LNG Receipt Point so that there is there is no failure to receive the Customer’s LNG as per the terms of this Agreement.

  • The receipt of LNG from the Liquefaction Facility at the LNG Receipt Point shall be carried out by use of equipment at the Liquefaction Facility under such reasonable and customary conditions as are specified in the Sabine Pass Service Manual.

  • Possession and control of Customer’s LNG shall pass from the delivering Party to the receiving Party at the LNG Receipt Point or the LNG Transfer Point.


More Definitions of LNG Receipt Point

LNG Receipt Point means the point at which the LNG transfer line from the Liquefaction Facility joins the LNG storage tank(s) (or piping leading to those LNG storage tanks) at the Sabine Pass Facility.

Related to LNG Receipt Point

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • LNG means liquefied natural gas.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Reid vapor pressure means the vapor pressure of crude oil or other volatile petroleum products at 100 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the latest edition of ASTM D6377 (RVPE): Standard Test Method for Determination of Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
