Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work on or before the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date, and Final Completion on or before the Scheduled Final Completion Date.
If Project Co fails to deliver the Final Completion Countdown Notice not less than 60 days prior to the Scheduled Final Completion Date, the Anticipated Final Completion Date shall be deemed to be the same date as the Scheduled Final Completion Date.
