Scheduled Redemption Dates definition

Scheduled Redemption Dates means each date set forth on Annex A hereto and each anniversary of the final Scheduled Redemption Date on which shares of Series B remain outstanding.
Scheduled Redemption Dates means the dates recorded in clause 7.1.1;
Scheduled Redemption Dates means each of the dates set forth in the chart in Section 4.2(a).

Examples of Scheduled Redemption Dates in a sentence

  • Any partial redemption pursuant to this paragraph shall be for a number of Shares, the aggregate Liquidation Value of which, together with accrued and unpaid dividends thereon, is at least $5,000,000, and redemptions made pursuant to this paragraph shall not relieve the Corporation of its obligation to redeem Shares on the Scheduled Redemption Dates.

  • The Company undertakes and covenants that the Company shall repay and redeem, each Redemption Instalment on the Scheduled Redemption Dates.

  • Redemptions of shares of Series C Preferred pursuant to this paragraph shall not relieve the corporation of its obligation to redeem outstanding shares of Series C Preferred on the Scheduled Redemption Dates or pursuant to Section 4.2 above.

Related to Scheduled Redemption Dates

  • Scheduled Redemption Date means the first (1st) Business Day following the twenty first (21st) anniversary of the Issue Date.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Redemption Dates means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Dates, and the Optional Redemption Dates, each of the foregoing, individually, a Redemption Date.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Scheduled Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Special Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Date means the date that falls twenty Business Days following the Valuation Date on which the Calculation Agent has determined the Final Preference Share Redemption Amount or, if earlier, the first Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred.
