Any partial redemption pursuant to this paragraph shall be for a number of Shares, the aggregate Liquidation Value of which, together with accrued and unpaid dividends thereon, is at least $5,000,000, and redemptions made pursuant to this paragraph shall not relieve the Corporation of its obligation to redeem Shares on the Scheduled Redemption Dates.
